Today in Burien we brewed a special batch of our perennial favorite ORGANIC RIOT ALE in time to release it on 11.30.09 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the WTO riots in Seattle.We adjusted the hops a bit this time around, making 10 additions throughout the brewing process, including one infusion of hop pellets in the fermenter for an aromatic boost.
Varieties include: Magnum, Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe, and Amarillo and ABV should wind up about 7.25%.
