Pub, West Side Brown Ale. But right now it's pouring only in Burien.We've had such a good reception for Brown Ales poured in WS that we thought it was time to brew one there.
This recipe is a bit lighter in color than our B-Town Brown and includes a small dose of Briess malt smoked with cherry wood. Check it out and let us know what you think.
