Elysian Brewing Co. is hosting its annual Great Pumpkin Festival this weekend, starting at 12:00 noon, Saturday October 10 and ending at 6:00 PM, Sunday, October 11.Elliott Bay's contributions this year will include both a CASK-conditioned version of our Organic Mashing Pumpkin Ale, aged with bourbon-soaked oak chips, and another keg aged with rum-soaked oak chips. Both are quite subtle, despite weighing in at over 7.5% ABV!
