September Food Specials: Burien
Brunch: Chorizo and Sharp Cheddar Strata $8.95
Chorizo picante, caramelized onions, fresh thyme and aged sharp white cheddar baked in a cappuccino cup with a creamy egg custard and cracked wheat sourdough. Served with a side of chorizo gravy, home fries and seasonal fruit. Pairs nicely with Coffee Stout (available Saturday and Sunday 9:30am – 2:00pm)
Appetizer: Picante Steamed Clams and Mussels $11.95
Local manila clams and mussels simmered in a garlic tomato broth with chorizo picante, diced roma tomatoes, yellow onions and roasted Serrano chilis. Topped with queso fresco, fresh lime and cilantro. Pairs nicely with Pilot Light
Salad: Roasted Beets with Goat Cheese $10.95
Red and yellow roasted beets chilled in raspberry lime lambic vinaigrette served on a bed of baby spinach with goat cheese, blue cheese, fresh blueberries and red pepper spiced pecans. Pairs nicely with Hop Von Boorian
Sandwich: No Doubt Stout Braised Bratwurst Sandwich $9.95
German beer bratwurst simmered in No Doubt Stout with sauerkraut and caramelized onions served on our own spent grain roll with Swiss cheese sauce. Served with seasoned fries. Pairs nicely with No Doubt Stout.
Dessert: Ginger Molasses S'mores $5.95
House made ginger molasses cookies served with toasted marshmallows, dark chocolate sauce,a scoop of our No Doubt Stout ice cream and caramelized ginger. Pairs nicely with B-Town Brown.
