Today in Burien we're brewing our Hop Harvest Ale.This year's version uses some FRESH AMARILLO HOPS collected earlier in the week from our buddy Darren's hop ranch in Wapato, WA.
The cones will be added during the whirlpool to heighten the hop aroma of this 6% ABV beer.
Look for it on tap in both our pubs in about three weeks.
