Brewer Dan at the West Seattle pub is brewing a new recipe TODAY that we're calling Pinetop Red Ale.It aims to infuse the fairly malt-forward beer with a robust blend of both piney and citrus hoppiness using the Chinook, Ahtanum, and Northern Brewer varieties.
Look for it on tap in just a few weeks in both our locations. We'll also be pouring a dry-hopped and cask-conditioned version at the Friday night session of the WA Brewers Festival at St. Edward State Park in Kenmore on June 19.
We'll be selling tickets too or you can buy them on line.
