Today we brewed the first batch of Imperial von Boorian, a strong-ish Pale Ale fermented with Belgian ale yeast and hopped like an American Double IPA.When we left the brewery today the tank was already fermenting, a good sign indeed!
Hop varieties include Columbus, Chinook, Amarillo, and Simcoe.
Specs: OG = 16.8P; IBU = 78; Color = 8.0 SRM
