We'll host a barrel-aged beer sampling and tapas-style food pairing during Seattle Beer Week.The cost is $40.00 per person (incl. tax + tip) and will include five samples of beer we've aged in various barrels, including bourbon, brandy, syrah, and a couple of sour versions out of brettanomyces-inoculated french wine barrels.
